Escobedo Guerra emphasized that alongside large-scale industrial parks, businesses now demand more energy capacity. He stated that this is one of the biggest challenges developers face in Zapopan Norte and across Mexico. The solution, he suggested, lies in increasing energy services and infrastructure through collaboration with the public sector.

Industrial Ecosystem and Social Responsibility

Grupo Cesco’s development of industrial parks in Zapopan Norte aims to generate employment and economic growth while preventing local residents from migrating to distant municipios like El Salto and Tlajomulco de Zúñiga. Escobedo Guerra stressed the importance of job creation in this area, which has a high concentration of housing and labor.
