Monterrey, NL. The Instituto Talentos A.C. (ITAC), in alliance with the National Action Party (PAN), has unveiled the Center for Training and Vocational Skills (CEO) in Guadalupe, Nuevo León. The center aims to professionalize aspiring entrepreneurs, primarily women, by offering training for self-employment, a business incubator, and funding through Sofom Altitud.
