First Puerto Vallarta Hotel to Join Jalisco’s Boutique Hotels Network
Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco: The Patio Azul Luxury hotel concept has become the first hotel in Puerto Vallarta to receive the distinction of being a member of the Jalisco Haciendas and Casas association.
Recognition by Jalisco Tourism Secretary
Michelle Fridman Hirsch, the Secretary of Tourism for Jalisco (SECTURJAL), highlighted that for over 25 years, the Haciendas and Casas de Jalisco association has promoted hospitality with identity and preservation of the state’s heritage.

Located in the Conchas Chinas area, south of Banderas Bay, Patio Azul is described as “a historic hotel transformed into a luxury space that honors the soul of Jalisco.”
Fernando García de Llano Valenzuela, the hotel’s owner, mentioned that Patio Azul features 18 rooms, a restaurant specializing in local cuisine open to both guests and the public, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa.
