The Growing Importance of Cybersecurity

In the context of digital transformation, organizations expand their attack surface, providing more entry points for cybercriminals to infiltrate networks and achieve their objectives.

Rising Ransomware Attacks in Mexico

Mexico ranks second in ransomware attacks, with 16.2%, following Brazil (41.3%). The most affected sectors are Services (26%), Technology (18%), and Healthcare (18%). The healthcare sector is notable for the increased use of connected devices in clinics and hospitals, expanding the attack surface and introducing critical risks to medical institutions’ operations.
