Introduction to the IEEGL’s Enlace 2026 Program

Guadalajara, Jalisco. The leadership of businesses has become a “key tool” for companies to consolidate their growth in a structured manner. The Instituto de Emprendimiento Eugenio Garza Lagüera (IEEGL) of the Tecnológico de Monterrey launched the Enlace 2026 call for companies interested in forming their first Consultative Board.

“Good governance is not exclusive to large corporations. Today, it’s a key tool for businesses in growth to improve their decision-making, reduce risks, and build solid foundations for sustainable growth,” stated Alma Pérez, General Director of Enlace.

Ramiro Ochoa, President of Enlace Guadalajara, added that businesses with solid governance structures tend to attract more investment, improve their financial performance, and reduce operational and reputational risks.

Success Stories

During the launch of the Enlace 2026 call at the Tec de Monterrey Guadalajara campus, success stories of Jaliscan companies were shared. These businesses, through the guidance and advisory services of the Enlace program, achieved extraordinary growth in sales and profits.

“In Jalisco, we have seen how companies that go through Enlace professionalize their decision-making and grow with structure. Governance stops being a distant concept and becomes a concrete tool for growth and better competition,” mentioned Marien Aubert, Enlace Jalisco’s Vinculation Manager.

Among the local success stories are Abeja Reyna, a personal care brand made with bee honey, which tripled its profits after participating in the program. Vax Solutions, an international logistics service, saw a 4000% increase in sales following their involvement with Enlace.
