Program Overview and Participating Entities
Starting Monday, August 11th, registration began for the Housing for Well-being (PVB) program, a government initiative led by President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo in collaboration with the Secretariat of Agrarian, Territorial and Urban Development (Sedatu), the Secretariat of Welfare, and the National Housing Commission (Conavi).
The PVB aims to ensure the right to adequate housing, with up to 20,999 social housing actions targeted at highly marginalized communities, single mothers, young people, and groups with social vulnerabilities.

The registration is personal and non-transferable, conducted only at authorized modules where trained personnel will verify documents and issue a receipt. Required documents include a valid official ID, CURP, and proof of residence.
Operating hours generally range from 8:00 to 16:00, though some modules may have extended or specific hours. To find module locations and dates, visit this interactive map. If your entity isn’t listed, stay tuned for subsequent phases.
