Introduction
In an effort to secure digital banking operations, financial authorities have implemented the Monto Transaccional del Usuario (MTU), which came into effect on October 1st. If you haven’t set your limit yet, there’s still time. If your financial institution has already set a limit for you and you wish to change it, here’s how.
Why MTU Matters
The MTU is a crucial tool that empowers users to set a cap on digital transfers to third-party accounts via electronic banking, including mobile apps and internet services. This measure enhances security by preventing unauthorized or excessive transactions.
